I am very passionate about health. real, genuine health. a well balanced healthy life in: mind, body & soul. emotional and hormonal. and growth. I love growth. this site is dedicated to my journey of balancing and growing in mind, body, & soul. it is rooted in the philosophy of living a well life, there must be balance in ourself. on this site you'll find inspiration, recipes, encouragement, and honesty. growing is a journey. progress takes consistency and persistence. and success takes time. and all three take willpower, determination, and patience. these are lifestyle changes that will change you forever. there is no quick fix, nor simple solution. but, love you for who God made you to be, and everything will be good.
my story : not all who wander are lost
hi there. I want to introduce myself just a little bit more. I'm no different than you. I'm a typical girl - I struggle with my health. I love food. sometimes I exercise daily, sometimes I am very sedentary. I make myself fresh juices and sometime I eat ice cream. I take long walks in nature or I pop some popcorn and watch Gilmore Girls or The Office. I love watching sunsets.
I love coffee, coffeeshops, and whole foods. gardening is a passion and something I want to grow in (subtle pun). I'm slightly crunchy. a granola girl - I have chaco's, I love granola, hiking through mountains is my bucket list, and traveling is goals.
I also love writing. I love sharing with people. I am a talker. baker. cook. musician. and so much more. I'm a jack of all trades and master of none (shoutout to Alison Krauss). anyways, this is my corner. my creative outlet where I plan to grow and share with you.
